ForeverTies — Payment, Cancellation & Service Transfers

Payments form part of the agreed order price. We do not offer change-of-mind refunds except where required by law. Before production or service delivery begins, unused payments may be transferred to another available ForeverTies service, with any price difference agreed in advance. An agreed transfer replaces the original order. If you cancel instead, we may retain only reasonable, evidenced losses arising from cancellation and will refund any excess. Your statutory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.
